Moldova Camping war ein Theaterfestival, bei dem Künstler aus der Republik Moldau das Theater Hebbel am Ufer/HAU 2 in Berlin in einen Indoor-Campingplatz mit echtem Rollrasen und Lesungen, Performances und Musik sowie Speis und Trank. Die in der Publikation versammelten Texte entstanden im Rahmen von Moldova Camping, reichen aber über das Festival hinaus. Sie geben Einblick in das Alltagsleben, die Kunst- und die Kulturszene des Landes.
Moldova Camping was a theatre festival at which artists from the Republic of Moldova transformed the Hebbel am Ufer/HAU 2 Theatre in Berlin into an indoor camping site with real turf, readings, performances and music as well as food and drink. The texts collected in the publication were created as part of Moldova Camping, but extend beyond the festival. They give an insight into the everyday life, the art and cultural scene of the country.
